简析地铁施工资料管理

通过对国内地铁建设过程中的施工资料日常管理的常见问题分析，发现普遍存在管理制度不健全，未设置专职管理机构、专业人员素质参差不齐、资料记录整理随意性强等问题。结合西安地铁建设时期施工资料管理工作中存在的问题，提出从建立健全制度、强化机构建设、提高人员职业素质、严格过程管理、统一资料格式等方面解决问题，规范地铁施工资料管理。

Document Management of Metro Construction Project

With analysis of common problems of day-to-day management concerning construction document in period of metro construction in China, it was easily found that management system is not proper, no full-tinae management institution, a mixed bag of professional personnel quality, no complete rules on information and collection work. Focusing on the problems occurring in Xi＇an metro construction in the document management work, it is proposed that a sound management system shall be established, to strengthen the institution-building, improve the professional quality of employee, implement strict process management, unify data format so as to solve problems in construction document management to standardize metro construction document management.
