| 摘 要： | 研究目的：ISO9001质量管理体系是国际上公认的、科学的、最先进的质量管理方法，监理企业如何正确理解和掌握ISO9001质量管理体系理论内涵及其在工程中的管理应用对企业的发展至关重要，因此有必要对ISO9001质量管理体系的八项管理原则、闭环式管理进行深入的阐述。研究结论：通过论述，得出监理企业应该正确贯彻ISO9001质量管理体系，使企业全员深刻理解ISO9001质量管理体系理论基础“八项管理原则”的内涵，提高贯彻国际标准的自觉性；实施P、D、C、A循环闭环式管理，强化管理过程控制，避免管理流于形式；认真进行管理评审，使企业监理服务质量得到提高，经济效益和社会信誉得到提升。
