| 摘 要： | 任何工程项目管理中出现索赔都是不可避免的,业主和承包商要想管理好一个工程项目和实现经济效益最大化,就必须重视工程索赔问题,增强索赔意识.工程索赔是合同管理的一部分,是一项复杂、系统、严格而又细致的管理工作,它能直接影响合同执行的最终结果.

| Abstract: | It is inevitable that occurs claims in engineering project management, the owners and con- tractor should think highly of claims and enhance the claim sense if they want to manage a engineering project well and implement the maximal benefits. Engineering claim is a part of contract management, it is a complicate, systemic, strict and delicate manage work and it can impact the executive result of contract directly. |
