| 摘 要： | 文化产业演化的历史轨迹表明文化产业的每一步跨越都是建立在科技创新基础上的。基于历史分析可以推导出科技创新与文化产业演化发展内含规律性,即文化产业演化周期随着科技创新周期的缩短而逐渐缩短,文化产业与科技创新协同循环发展以及文化产业受到科技创新双重效应的影响。在信息社会背景下,科技创新将引导文化产业走向数字化,国家相关部门和文化企业应主动研究并掌握文化产业发展演化的内在规律,抓住机遇、顺应历史潮流,推动文化产业的数字化进程。

| Abstract: | Scientific-technical innovation has played an important role in the development of the culture industry as evidenced by its history of evolution.Historical analysis shows that scientific-technical innovation and the development of the culture industry are inherently linked in that the cycle of the evolution of the culture industry shortens with that of scientific-technical innovation,the development of the two are parallel and the culture industry is profoundly affected by scientific-technical innovation.In an information society,the culture industry will be digitalized because of scientific-technical innovation.Those departments involved and cultural enterprises should explore and master the internal regularities of the evolution of the culture industry,take advantage of the opportunities and facilitate the digitalization of the culture industry. |
