桥梁混凝土水管冷却温度场有限元分析

摘    要:针对混凝土水管冷却温度场的计算问题,分析了当前冷却水管有限元分析的主要方法,对多重网格法进行有效的处理,从而在不增加计算时间的前提下能更准确地计算出水管冷却温度场。基于这种处理方法,结合通用软件ANSYS对某高墩大跨刚构桥桥墩混凝土水管冷却温度场进行了仿真分析,计算结果与实测数据比较表明该方法计算精度是较高的。

Abstract:To the calculation question of concrete temperature field with water pipe cooling, the main fi nite element analysis methods of codling water pipe at present are compared and analyzed in this paper, An ef fective deal with to the Multiple Grid Method is made, So we can carry out the temperature field with water pipe cooling more accurately under the premise of not increasing to the calculating times, Based on the treat ment method, uses the program of ANSYS to analyze the pier concrete temperature field with water pipe cooling of a rigid frame bridge with high piers and long span, the calculate precision is high through the comparing of calculative results and testing results.
