摘    要:综合考虑轮胎磨损及车辆操纵稳定性的要求,运用正交试验方法对某型汽车烛式悬架-整体式转向系统的定位参数进行了设计研究。建立了基于2阶响应面的前轮定位参数设计模型,并应用该模型对前轮定位参数进行了优化设计。通过与经验公式设计结果的对比,验证了该方法的先进性和有效性,

Abstract:The orthogonal test method is applied to analyze the design of alignment parameters of the candle-suspension and integral steering system of a car,considering tire wear and handling performance of vehicle.The front wheel alignment parameters design model is founded based on second order response surface and optimum design is finished. The advance and validity of the design method is testified by comparing the results of experience formula.
