四轮驱动混合动力汽车整车控制器设计

摘    要:基于兼具ISG起动电机和轮毂电机的四轮驱动混合动力汽车结构平台,利用MC9S12DP512单片机作为控制器的CPU,设计了CAN通讯网络结构、输入输出和看门狗应用电路,并增强了电源的EMC设计。在CodeWarriorV4.5开发环境下编写了底层驱动程序,并进行了现场测试。结果表明,电机转矩变化迅速,可以满足整车转矩的瞬时要求,验证了该控制器的可靠性和通用性。

Abstract:Based on 4WD hybrid electric vehicle platform with ISG starter generator and motor,CAN communication network structure and the input-output and watchdog application circuits are designed,the EMC design of power supply is enforced by using single-chip microcomputer MC9S12DP512 as the CPU of the controller.The bottom drive program is developed under the condition of CodeWarrior V4.5 and the present test is done.The results show that the torque changes rapidly,it can satisfy the instantaneous demand of complete vehicle torque,and its stability and universality are fully proved.
