基于路网容量的土地利用强度分析

为避免对土地进行盲目、无序地开发，从而带来所引发的交通量超出周边城市道路网络容量，或开发强度不足而没有充分利用土地价值等问题，一个解决思路是在确定从周边各区域至所研究的目标区域的所有路径、路径通行能力和路径流量的基础上，以路网的剩余容量为限制条件，论证所研究目标区域的土地开发利用强度。尝试建立数学模型以描述路网的剩余容量与土地开发利用强度的关系，并给出算法。最后，以一个实例论证此方法的可操作性。

Study on the Intensity of Land Use Base on the Capacity of Road Network
