摘    要:针对在汽车开发过程初期,车辆存在重量与设计目标值不符,影响整车项目开发试验精度和效果以及安全性的问题,文章通过历史配重数据库,形成专业的配重方案,同时根据车辆的可配重位置,设计一套可回收、可重复使用、降低成本及提升效率的配重装置,达到设计目标的重量、置心和轴荷要求,高效完成整车项目各项试验.

Abstract:In the vehicle development process,the initial vehicle weight does not match the design target value,which affects the accuracy and effectiveness of the vehicle project development test and safety issues.Through the historical counterweight d atabase,a professional counterweight plan is formed.At the same time,a set of recyclable,reusable,cost-reducing and efficient counterweight devices are designed according to the vehicle's counterweight position to achieve the design target weight,centering and axle load requirements,efficient completion of various tests of the vehicle project.
