实时动态停车诱导信息系统车辆排队模型研究

摘    要:针对目前多数停车诱导信息系统(PGIS)中存在的指引信息静态化问题,建立实时动态停车诱导信息系统,对产生停车需求的车辆进行动态信息指引。传统的排队论模型对于车辆到达率取值存在一定的局限性,引入效用函数及驾车者行为模型对停车场的车辆现时到达率进行模拟,构造基于车辆现时到达率的实时动态停车诱导信息系统车辆排队模型,进而应用排队论确定基于停车场使用特征的对车辆的动态信息指引参数(车辆排队长度及等待时间等),更为符合实际。

Abstract:According to the condition of static direct information in most parking guidance and information systems(PGIS),a real-time and dynamic PGIS directing the vehicles which will generate parking demand with dynamic information is set up. Meanwhile,in terms of the limitation of traditional queue model in vehicle arrival rate,the utility function and driver behavioral model are introduced to simulate the arrival rate,queue model of real-time and dynamic PGIS based on current ar rival rate is constructed,and the parameter(such as queuing length、 waiting time,etc) of dynamic information based on the characteristic of parks are calculated by queuing theory,which is more practical.
