摘    要:小东川特大桥简支箱梁节段拼装施工采用下行式移动支架节段拼装造桥机.整孔简支箱梁在制梁场分节段预制,在进行梁部拼接施工时,先将造桥机纵移至需要拼接梁部的墩跨间,再将从制梁场运来的预制梁段吊运至造桥机腹内,安装在造桥机上,调整就位后,利用湿接缝组拼成整体,然后整跨张拉,完成整跨箱梁成梁作业.该施工方法快捷、安全,箱梁线形控制容易,已成功用于铁路桥梁施工.

Abstract:The simply-supported box girder segments of the Xiaodongchuan Bridge were assembled by the under-deck traveling overhead launching gantry with movable support. A full-span of the box girder was precast segment by segment in the precasting yard. At the time the segments were assembled at the bridge site, the overhead launching gantry was firstly longitudinally shifted to the piers and spans where the segments would be assembled, the segments were then delivered to the place directly beneath the launching gantry, lifted into the gantry and installed by the gantry there. After the segments were adjusted and set in place, the wet joint concrete was cast to make all segments into an integral span of a girder, the full-span girder was tensioned and the construction of a span of the girder was completed. The construction techniques presented herewith are fast, safe, the geometric shape control of the girder by the techniques is easy and the techniques have been successfully applied to the construction of railway bridges.
