摘    要: 通过掺加粉煤灰、膨润土、高效减水剂等措施,对盾构法同步注浆用水泥砂浆配合比进行优化设计,探讨了粉煤灰掺量、减水剂种类和掺量、水胶比、胶砂比等与流动度、结石体3d、14d、28d抗压强度、凝结时间之间的关系,得到具有高工作性的大掺量粉煤灰同步注浆材料。

Abstract:The cement-aggregate ratio and water-cement ratio of high volume fly ash simultaneous grouting mortar with high workability has been obtained by the optimal design of cement mortar mixing ratios and by adding fly ash, bentonite and water-reducing agent. In addition, this paper also discusses the effects of fly ash volumes, water-reducing agent types and volumes, water-cement ratios and cement-aggregate ratios on such properties of grouting mortar as fluidity, compressive strength and setting time.
