| 摘 要： | 采用变频器对炼铁高炉上料卷扬机老式串电阻调速系统进行了改造.介绍了高炉上料卷扬机原系统工作情况及系统改造方案、变频器的选用、控制系统的构成及功能等.改造后设备性能稳定,故障率明显减少,实现了高炉卷扬机的可靠平稳运行.

| Abstract: | Inverter transform the blast furnace hoist original Series resistance velocity control system.This paper introduces the blast furnace hoist original system work situation and system transformation scheme,the selection of the inverter,control system structure and function.After transformation,the equipment performance is stable,the failure rate obviously reduces.It realizes blast furnace hoist reliable and running smoothly. |
