| Abstract: | The authors introduce the actual status of measuring wheel diameter by using wheel diameter measurement instrument special for rolling-stock, and analyze the possible impact on measurement results during the measurement. On the basis of the mathematical model and the measurement influence degree, the influence on the measurement results by the problems existing in measurement is explained. |
