自适应控制技术在MCT红外线轴温探测系统中的应用

摘    要:MCT光子器件工作在自然环境下,环境温度变化幅度大,导致MCT光子器件的输入输出特性不稳定,严重影响MCT轴温探测器探测铁道车辆轴温的精度。为此,根据自适应控制理论,在MCT红外线轴温探测系统中建立自适应控制系统,它由自适应探测子系统和自适应标定子系统构成,利用传感器和系统辨识技术不断量测被控对象变化,及时调整控制器参数,使控制量的变化自动适应对象的变化,以保持MCT轴温探测器的探测精度。通过采用二次牛顿插值原理对热靶输入输出特性曲线进行拟合,从而得到了特殊情况下热靶输入输出特性曲线的高端部分。

Abstract:Since MCT photon devices are working under natural environment, the input and output characteristics appear unstable resulted from the enormous change in temperature, which will greatly influence the accuracy of MCT hotbox detector for measuring axle temperature. Based on adaptive control theory, in MCT infrared hotbox detection system, an adaptive control system is built, which is composed of adaptive detection subsystem and adaptive calibration subsystem. The adaptive control system utilizes sensor and system identification technology to measure the change of the controlled object from time to time and adjust the controller parameter in real-time to make the controlling parameter change automatically to accommodate the object change. In this way, the adaptive control system can control the detection accuracy of MCT hotbox detector. Fitting Quadratic Newton Interpolation theories is applied to the input/output characteristic curve of the standard heat target to get the higher section of the curve.
