摘    要:针对某水力式升船机调试阶段出现的输水阀门空化和振动问题,通过比尺为1∶10.667的阀门段常压及减压恒定流水力学物理模型,对水力式升船机高水头泄水阀门流量系数、阀后空化形态及特性进行了研究,在此基础上提出掺气减免泄水阀门段空化的工程措施。通过减压试验验证每只阀门掺气量0.1 m~3/s后,阀门段空化噪声基本消除、振动下降明显,掺气措施减免和抑制空化效果显著。

Abstract:To solve the problems of plunger valve cavitation and vibration of hydraulic ship lift,with a model scaled 1:10.667 physical,the flow coefficient,cavitation morphology,critical cavitation number of the high water head plunger valve are researched.For alleviating cavitation,air entrainment measures are put forward.The valve decompression model test verifies that:the valve segment cavitation is basically eliminated and vibration is declined obviously when each valve is entrained air with a mount of 0.1 m3/s .The effect of air entrainment measures to alleviate cavitation is significant.
