压力补偿器在升船机液压系统中的应用

摘    要:水力式垂直升船机具有大载荷、大行程、变载荷的特点,它要求系统能够可靠、平稳、安全运行,因而需解决负载变化状态下的阀控系统流量稳定性以及变流量状态下的压力稳定性等技术难题。采用比例换向阀+压力补偿器、比例流量阀+压力补偿器的模式实现了变负载状态下调平、均衡油缸的速度稳定可调,以及流量变化状态下夹紧系统卸荷压力可控,使系统运行平稳、可靠。

Abstract:Hydraulic vertical ship lift with the characteristics of large load,long stroke and variable load,requires a system which should be reliable,stable and safe operation.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the technical problems such as the flow stability of valve control system under load change and the pressure stability under variable flow condition.The modes of proportional commutation valve + pressure compensator,proportional flow valve+pressure compensator have realized the steady and adjustable speed of the leveling oil cylinder and balance oil cylinder with variable load state,and the pressure control of clamping system under the condition of flow change.The modes can make the system smooth and reliable.
