漏斗破拱措施分析

摘    要:
漏斗是散装物料转运过程中易发生起拱堵料的关键部位.鉴于多种散装物料的物理特性难以准确测定,在漏斗设计时,除了要满足漏斗壁倾角和排料孔尺寸的理论要求,还须采取一定的破拱措施.通过对机械搅拌法、气动法、机械震动法、优化漏斗结构和漏斗内壁加衬板等方法的分析,结合散装物料的物理特性和漏斗的功能要求,选择合理的破拱措施,使漏斗排料通畅,以保证散装物料的输送和转运过程中的连续性和可靠性.

Abstract:
The funnels is the key part for the formation of bulk arch and congestion in the transport process.Because of the difficulty to precisely survey the physical features for different kinds of bulk, some anti-arch measures are necessary besides the theoretical requests for the inclinational angel and aperture in the design of the funnel. This paper selects the proper anti-arch measure and makes the bulk conveying fluently according to the requests of bulk physical features and funnel functions after analyzing some approaches such as mechanical stirring, atmosphere vibration, mechanical vibration, optimization of the funnel structure and adding liner in the funnel. The continuity and reliability in the process of bulk conveying and transport can be guaranteed by this anti-arch measure.
