土地利用性质调整对轨道交通客运量的影响

摘    要:分析城市轨道交通站点沿线土地利用的性质结构、开发强度和次序,论述这些因素对客运量规模所具有的决定性作用。以广州市为例,在充分解析轨道交通现状的基础上,按照区位和性质,将轨道交通站点分成10类,建立交通规划模型,对客流规模的敏感性和开发次序进行定量研究,对各类站点的周边用地性质、开发强度提出建议,对调整前后的客流效果进行评价,并对两者之间的研究方向提出展望,从而达到缓解城市交通拥堵的作用。

Abstract:The paper analyzes and discusses the factors in land utilization along urban rail transit lines which determine the traffic flow of passengers such as utilization structure,exploitation intensity and exploitation procedures.On the basis of an analysis on the current situation of rail transit and citing Guangzhou as an example,a traffic planning model is set up to study quantitatively the sensitiveness of passenger flow and its development procedure.Suggestions about the utilization of the land around different kinds of stations and its exploitation intensity are put forward.Effect of the adjustment of land utilization on passenger flow is evaluated.Prospect of the research on the relations between land utilization and rail transit is highlighted in view of alleviating urban traffic jams.
