无砟轨道铁路地基处理施工技术探讨

摘    要:
研究目的:结合武广客运专线施工实践,对无砟轨道路基工程地基处理中常用的冲击压实、搅拌桩、CFG桩、强夯施工工艺和质量控制方法进行探讨。研究结论:对于高速铁路特别是时速350 km的无砟轨道铁路,必须从施工管理、机械配备、人员培训、技术管理和质量控制方式上有质的提高才能实现零沉降,确保零缺陷。

Abstract:
Research purposes:Based on the construction practice of Wuchang-Guangzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line,the discussions are made on the construction techniques and quality control of treating the subgrade of ballastless track by impaction,mixing pile,CFG pile and heavy ramming. Research resdts:The zero subsidence and zero defect of high-speed railway,especially of 350 km/h baUastless railway can be realized and guaranteed only if the essential improvements are made in the areas of construction management,machinery allocation,personal training,technical management and quality control.
