摘    要:结合DBD型臭氧发生器负载的特性,详细分析逆变器在各种运行模式下的工作过程。定性地分析了逆变器在各种工作模式中功率器件所受的电磁应力与开关损耗,由此得出适合于DBD型臭氧发生器负载和IGBT功率开关的逆变器运行模式,为确定DBD型臭氧发生器电源的运行方式提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on characteristics of DBD ozone generator load, operating process under different operation modes of the inverter used for ozone generator power supply is analysed in detail.The electromagnetic stress and switch loss of switch device are qualitatively analysed. The analysis is to determine the appropriate operation mode of the inverter that consists of IGBTs and the load characteristics of DBD ozone generate, which is a theoretical basic to determine the operation of the power supply for DBD ozone generator.
