滚动振动试验台电气传动系统研制

摘    要:为节省投资,研制的电气传统系统利用了6Y2型电力机车的牵引电机、平波电抗及制动电阻设备、极用加馈制动及高精度稳速技术,简化了试验台的结构。本文对该传动系统的机电配置,主电路构成及调节系统结构等关键问题进行了分析和论述。

Abstract:In ordr to reduce the cost,the type 6y_2 electric locomotive equipments,such as the traction motors, filter reactors and braking resistors,have been adopted for the electric drive system in the test rig.The dynamic braking with additional rectified voltage and the high precision speed stablizing have been used, so that the structure of the roller test rig is simplified. This papor is to analyse and validate the key problems of the drive system such as the mechanical-electrical arrangement , the power circuit and the schemes of the control system.
