杭州市慢行交通系统规划与设计指引

摘    要:慢行交通隐含了公平和谐、以人为本和可持续发展理念。在当前能源供应趋紧、大城市交通拥堵加剧的背景下,规划高品质的慢行交通体系能够引导市民形成全新的出行观念。借鉴国内外慢行交通系统规划与设计理念,提出了适合杭州城市自身发展的慢行交通系统规划,并简述其战略目标及主要规划内容。从与慢行交通相关的道路因素、街道空间因素、慢行设施和慢行环境等4方面有选择性地介绍部分规划设计指引内容。最后,总结本次规划特点,即运用“分区分类”手段、引入“规划设计指引”概念,以及提出河道慢行系统规划。
