| Abstract: | Great mobility，poor personal quality and less stability make administration difficult to contract workers.This paper tells how to manage contract workers in a shipyard from the aspects of stressing the essentials,choosing workers rather highly trained than great in number,concentrating management,dispersive assessment,profitting by both sides and emotion-investment. |
