基于AMESim的柴油机喷油器的仿真研究

摘    要:喷油器是柴油机燃油喷射系统的重要组成部件,喷油器性能的好坏直接影响柴油机的整机性能。为了确定不同结构参数对喷油器喷射性能的影响过程,利用AMESim系统仿真软件建立了某柴油机喷油器仿真模型,分析了关键结构参数变化对针阀运动速度、喷油流量和喷油量等的影响规律,研究结果对喷油器的结构设计及改进具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The diesel injector is a key component of the diesel fuel injection system,which make direct influence on the overall pefornance of diesel engine. The simulation model of the diesel injector was established and analyzed based on the software named AMESim, in order to find out the influence of different structure parameters on the injector jet perfor manee. Influence on the needle velocity,fuel injection flow and the fuel injection quantity,ere have been analyzed by changing key structural parameters, which would provide some references in structure design and optimization.
