| 摘 要： | 为了简化侧蒙皮的安装工艺,提高生产效率及节约生产成本,采用整体滚压成型、张拉单面点焊的侧蒙皮安装工艺,代替原侧蒙皮粘接工艺。通过调整焊接规范参数、张拉压力、工艺流程等工艺手段,对引进的侧蒙皮安装工艺进行改进试验,并成功地应用于现生产。

| Abstract: | In order to predigest the bus cover manufacture technology,enhance the productivity and lower the manufacture cost,the original side cover bonding technology is replaced by an integral rolling molding and stretching single side cover process. Through adjusting welding criterion,strain,process flows,modification experiment was performed on the imported bus cover manufacture technology and it has been successfully applied to the present production. |
