预应力混凝土低高箱梁桥承载能力分析

摘    要:预应力混凝土低高箱梁桥在桥梁工程中被推广使用,但其承载能力研究相对滞后.本文讨论了预应力混凝土低高箱梁承载能力计算方法,将箱梁沿截面竖向划分条带,根据箱梁截面内外力平衡,引入混凝土和预应力钢筋的本构关系,可以对低高箱梁进行承载能力全过程的非线性分析.对30m预应力混凝土低高箱梁进行了全过程非线性分析,并将计算结果和试验数据进行了对比,二者基本吻合,说明计算方法正确,计算所得结果可对这种梁的承载能力有更深入了解,为以后该种梁的设计和应用提供可靠的理论依据.

Abstract:Pre-stressed concrete low-depth box girder bridge is widely adopted in the bridge engineering, however its bearing capacity analysis research does not show satisfied advancement. In this research work, calculation method for bearing capacity of the low-depth box girder was discussed. The box girder is divided into several strips along the vertical section. The constitutive relationships of concrete and pre-stressed steel bar are introduced based on the balance between internal and external force in the box girder section. Thus the low-depth box girder bearing capacity could be analysed with the whole-process non-linear analysis model. In order to make an explicit illustration, a 30-meter pre-stressed concrete low-depth box girder was studied to validate the whole-process non-linear analysis. The calculation results are mostly consistent with the experimental data, which indicates that the calculation method is correct. Moreover, the calculation results could supply detailed and profound understanding to the bearing capacity of box girder and offer reliable theoretical basis for the design and application of such girder.
