摘    要:用超早强砂浆进行压力注浆处理桥头搭板脱空现象,经实践证明此技术是可行的。根据处理每一整座桥梁的机械台班和材料用量计算.可知正常处理每处搭板约需1万元。从成本分析经济指标看,具有一定的推广价值。注浆工程应用范围较广,除此之外,还可以用于处理高填方路基沉陷、水泥砼面板底部脱空等病害。

Abstract:The technology that using the pressure grouting of super high-early strength mortar to dispose the buttstrap cavity at bridge tower is proved to be feasible by practice. According to the machine-team and material dosage in per bridge disposal, the cost of normal disposal of each buttstrap is almost ¥10,000. From the angel of economic index of cost analysis, the technology has a certain of popularization value. Grouting engineering has wide application scope. In addition it is can be used to treat such diseases as settlement of high-fill subgrade, bottom cavity of cement concrete slab, etc.
