铝合金活塞环槽的氩弧强化工艺

摘    要:以铁作为活塞铝合金的强化元素之一,利用氩弧堆焊和氩弧重熔将合金元素熔入铝活塞环槽区域使其强化。研究了活塞环槽的氩弧强化工艺,分析了活塞铝合金的焊接性及氩弧强化区的成分、硬度和组织形态。研究表明,在铝活塞上用氩弧局部熔入合金元素时焊接性良好,焊缝组织均匀,堆焊层与基体结合良好。采用氩弧局部强化可提高环槽的硬度和高温耐磨性。

Abstract:With iron as one of the main elements for piston aluminum-alloy strengthen,alloy elements are melt into area of the piston ring groove with ar gon arc built up welding and argon arc remelting to strengthen the area.Argon a rc strengthening process of the piston ring groove are studied,and the weldabil ity of aluminum-alloy of piston and compo-nents,hardness and texture morpholo gy of the argon arc strengthened area are analyzed.It is shown by study that lo cally melting alloy elements into aluminum alloy piston with argon arc has good weldability,welding line texture is uniformity,and bond between built up weldi ng layer and base is well.Application of argon arc local strengthen can increas e hardness and high-temperature wear resistance of the ring groove.
