| Abstract: | Based on the position of investors and a great deal of BOT highway projects operating, carrying on an analysis on how to guarantee the legitimacy of the highway BOT project, arrange th~ whole framework of BOT contracts and the relevant contracts and grasp the main points in the BOrl contracts negotiation from angle of professional lawyer, as well as giving professional suggestion to mair risk and precautionary measures in highway BOT projects, which has much maneuverability and we car draw lessons from them. |
