应用玻璃化转变温度评价SBS改性沥青低温性能

摘    要:在分析现有评价SBS改性沥青低温性能方法的基础上,提出了采用玻璃化转变温度Tg来评价SBS改性沥青的低温性能,并对相应的试验仪器(动态剪切流变仪)和试验方法进行了介绍。应用动态剪切流变仪实测了7种SBS改性沥青的Tg,并且进行了相应的沥青混合料试验验证。结果表明:玻璃化转变温度Tg物理意义明确,测试方法简便,与混合料的测试结果相关性较好,适合于评价SBS改性沥青的低温性能。

Abstract:Based on the method evaluating the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt at present,the glass transition temperature T_g was recommended to appraise the low temperature performance of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) modified asphalt.Then,the relevant test equipments-dynamic shear rheometer and test methods were introduced.Furthermore,T_g values of seven SBS modified asphalts were tested by dynamic shear rheometer and the results were validated by the low temperature performance of modified asphalt mixture.The result indicates that T_g has a clear physical meaning,handy test method and good relation to the results of asphalt mixture.So T_g is proper to evaluate the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt.
