电动汽车锂离子电池燃烧风险与控制

摘    要:针对电动汽车上锂离子动力电池的化学能量释放出现电池燃烧和电解液泄漏,导致有毒气体、整车燃烧或爆炸的问题,介绍了该问题的市场现状、标准法规要求,同时分析了热失控和热失控扩展的机理,以及导致热失控的各种诱因,并进一步分析了从电池设计、整车开发、车辆使用到安防等环节的各种风险因数,以及对应的风险控制方案。

Fire Risk and Control of Lithium Ion Battery in Electric Vehicle

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the chemical energy release of the Lithium-ion battery on electric automobile is caused by combustion of the battery and electrolyte leakage,which leads to leakages of toxic gas and to catch fire or explosion on vehicle,this paper introduces the market status of the problem,the requirements of the standards and regulations of this problem,and analyzes the mechanism of thermal runaway and thermal runaway expansion,and its causes,this paper further analyzes the various risk factors from battery design,vehicle development,vehicle in service to fire control,and the corresponding risk control scheme.
