| 摘 要： | 铁路信号设备的雷电模拟试验,伴随测量过程中的系统效应和随机效应导致测量的不确定度。测量系统的不确定度评定方法是基于先验概率分布,通过主观的概率密度函数得到方差的估计值。

| Abstract: | Lightning test system for railway signal equipment follows the measurement uncertainties caused by the system effect and the random effect of the measuring process. The estimation of uncertainty in lightning test measuring system is based on experiential probability distribution and the estimation of variances is gained by probability density function. |
