摘    要:作为磨具的磁性磨粒是实现磁性磨粒光整加工技术的必要条件和关键因素,但由于多种原因,目前已经成为制约该技术进入实际应用阶段的技术瓶颈.根据磁性磨粒光整加工的定义,通过分析磁性磨粒的构成和要求,按照不同的构成特点及制备工艺等对磁性磨粒进行分类并编制型号,以方便使用和管理,并为磁性磨粒综合性能评价体系的建立、标准的制定以及磁性磨粒的批量化生产和市场化应用奠定基础,加速磁性磨粒光整加工的实用化进程.

Abstract:As necessary condition and key factor,magnetic abrasive grains(MAG) is a technological bottle-neck to practical application of magnetic abrasive finishing.By the definition of magnetic abrasive finishing,compositon and request of MAG are analyzed,and categories and type are defined for further use and management.It provides the basis for main performance parameters,standard and batch production of MAG to accelerate practical application of magnetic abrasive finishing.
