高职院校《电子产品生产工艺与管理》课程教学改革的探讨

打破过去在教室进行理论知识讲授,实训室进行验证性实验和技能训练,期末进行笔试等传统教学模式,将《电子产品生产工艺与管理》课程进行以行动为导向,基于工作过程的大力度教学改革。课程从岗位分析入手,提炼岗位典型工作任务,转化成教学任务,行动导向教学再现＂工作过程＂,形成实训与实习的真实工作环境,实践＂学中做,做中学＂。
