| 摘 要： | 针对目前海瑞克φ6280mm复合式土压盾构机的施工作业，分析盾构机配件管理工作中出现的问题，从配件计划、采购、验收、仓库管理、使用维修和配件国产化等几方面出发，阐述根据现有市场情况所提出的盾构机配件管理理念，以达到盾构机配件更好地服务于生产、提高施工效益的目标。

| Abstract: | Aiming at Hal Ruike φ6280 mm composite soil pressure shield machine construction operations, analysis shield accessories in the management of the problems from parts planning, procurement, inspection, storage management, maintenance and use of accessories, such as localization of several aspects proceeding on the basis of existing market conditions by the shield machine parts management concept, so as to achieve shield accessories better serve the production, improve the efficiency of the goal. |
