试论文学编辑的社会角色与社会功能

文学编辑是一种比较特殊的社会角色,从社会学的角度,包括人类灵魂工程师角色,文化工程设计师角色,文化工程组织者和社会活动家角色,书刊美容师、文字加工师角色等多种角色。并具有角色义务的综合性、角色劳动的潜隐性等特征。担负着对文学作品的策划组织、选择加工、中介控制、传播积累、教化培育等特殊的社会功能。我们认清这种特殊姓,进而认清文学编辑工作的性质,这对于繁荣社会主义文学事业,有着极其重要的意义。

On Social Role and Social Function of Literature Editor

Literature editor plays a very special role in the society who plays the roles as spiritual teacher of human beings,designer of cultural engineering,social activist,book beautician and literature processor,etc form the aspect of sociology.Furthermore,litera- ture editor is featured in his integrated role obligation and hidden role of labor who undertakes special social functions such as planning and organizing,selection and processing,medium control,propagation and accumulation,teaching and cultivation of literary output. We will have a clear view of property of literature compiling when we recognize such kind of particularity,which is very important and meaningful for flourishing socialistic literature undertakings.
