| Abstract: | The unit price in the construction cost of engineering projects should be founded on the operative construction organization design and actual construction bill of quantities and be determined based on facts, in light of certain procedures and by using scientific method. Only by so doing, can it be possible to correctly assess the project forecasted benefits, implement contracting and contracting out of project and check the operational results of project. |
