摘    要:美国环保署VGP 2013单方面强制生效,要求所有进入美国水域的船舶在其油水界面使用环保润滑油(除非技术上不可行)。国内诸多船厂包括日韩船厂在使用环保润滑油以后,多次发生尾管高温报警,由此引发了行业对于环保润滑油的思考。文章结合环保润滑油的调查反馈报告,对反馈数据进行分类统计,在此基础上梳理出若干种可能造成尾管高温的因素并进行逐一剖析,最后有针对性地提出一系列实施建议,供业界参考。

Abstract:VGP 2013 enforced by EPA unilaterally requests that all the commercial vessels more than 79 feet in length operating in US waters have to use EALs in all oil-to-sea interfaces of the ship“unless technically infeasible”. Many shipyards in China, some others in Japan and Korea, were faced with S/T high-temperature alarm risk after using EALs, which cause a lot of discussion about EALs. Based on some survey reports for EALs, this paper classiifes the feedback data and summaries several factors that possibly cause S/T high-temperature alarm, which are analyzed one by one. Finally some suggestions are given out to avoid S/T high-temperature alarm for industrial reference.
