三联隧道软弱围岩条件下横洞与正洞交岔段施工技术

摘    要:为实现横通道进入正洞的安全、快速施工,加快整体施工进度。以三联隧道软弱围岩三岔口段快速施工为背景,通过采取加强横洞支护参数、调整挑顶施工组织、优化施工工艺、更改三岔口段正洞设计以及加强保障制度管理等措施,并在实践中不断地改进和优化,在确保施工安全、减少成本的前提下,将挑顶时间缩短至7 d,实现了13#、14#横通道进入正洞的快速挑顶施工,以期为类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:Construction countermeasures,including strengthening the support of the horizontal adit,adjusting the roof ripping construction organization,optimizing the construction techniques,optimizing the design of the junction section of the main tunnel and strengthening the management,are adopted,so as to achieve safe and rapid construction of the junction section between the horizontal adit and the main tunnel.In the end,safe construction is guaranteed,the cost is reduced,the roof ripping construction period is shortened to 7 days and the rapid roof ripping construction of No.13 and No.14 horizontal adits is realized.
