无线自组网式钢支撑应力监测系统在地铁车站深基坑施工中的应用

摘    要:为保证地铁车站深基坑施工开挖过程中钢支撑施工安全和工程质量,根据现场深基坑的实际情况,采用了无线自组网式钢支撑应力监测系统。首先,介绍了自组网式系统的组成和工作原理;其次,对钢支撑轴力重点部位合理布设WSN(无线传感器网络)协调器、WSN路由器、WSN采集器以及应力传感器进行实时监测;最后,介绍了无线自组网式钢支撑应力监测系统与普通系统的优缺点,发现该系统能够及时反馈信息,并且在一定程度上降低了人员的劳动强度,可以有效避免支撑轴力超过设计强度导致支承破坏而引起的整个支护体系失稳。

Abstract:Wireless adhoe network is used in the monitoring of the steel support stress so as to guarantee the construc tion safety and quality of steel support of deep foundation pits of Metro stations. The components and working principles of adhoc network system are presented. The key points of axial force of steel support are monitored by means of WSN coordinator, WSN router, WSN data acquiring device and stress sensor. The advantages and disadvantages of wireless adhoc network in monitoring of steel support stress are presented. Due to the application of the wireless adhoc network, timely information feedback can be achieved, the labors' working intensity can be reduced and the loss of the stability of the support system induced by overrunning of the axial force of the support can be avoided.
