The Rotterdam Rules is new uniform convention on contract for international carriage of goods wholly or partly by sea.The revision on convention of the liability of carrier,transport document and electronic transport records with covering the basis of liability of carrier,scope and duration of the core lability;transport document and electronic transport records develope the law on contract for international carriage of goods by sea and comparative to law of Bill of Lading.
