摘    要:本文利用LS-DYNA3D软件包对轻型车减振器支架的冲压成形过程进行了数值分析,揭示了曲面压料面下的毛坯成形过程中金属流动规律及变形特点,并对该类件成表中出现的破坏和起皱的主要原因进行了研究,通过模拟工艺调试过程开发了新的成形工艺,使零件的废品率和次品率分别由15%降到0.05%以下。为同类件的冲压工艺的编制和模具设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the software LS-DYNA3D is used to analyse the forming process of the light truck shock absorber bracket numerically. The metal flow law and deformation characteristics with a curved blank-holding surface are revealed. In the meantime, the main causes of cracking and wrinkling are studied. Simulating the adjustment of technological process has developed a new process. The ratios of both rejected and substandard parts have been reduced to below 0.05%. This has provided theory bases for the design of stamping process and die of similar parts.
