摘    要:传统的电池荷电状态(SOC)估算方法已经不能满足蓄电池变电流放电工况的需要,而混合动力液压挖掘机中蓄电池变电流放电工况异常复杂,因此变电流工况下SOC的准确估算具有重要意义。在能量守恒定律和四线法测量蓄电池内阻的基础上,提出了一种新的SOC估算策略,经过仿真和实验分析,证明新的SOC估算策略能够胜任大电流和变电流放电工况下SOC的估算工作。

Abstract:In view of that the traditional estimation strategy of SOC is not suitable for the conditions of variable current discharge of battery,which is particularly complex in hybrid excavator,a new estimation strategy of SOC is presented based on the law of conservation of energy and four-line's measurement technique.The results of simulation and experiment show that the new estimation strategy of SOC is competent for the conditions of large and variable current discharge.
