摘    要:
摩托车发动机凸轮型线的测量属于形位公差的测量范畴,应按形位测量要求确定(选择)测量基准。参照GB/T 1182—1996标准要求,凸轮型线形状公差带取决于被测凸轮的理想几何形状和设计要求,并以此来评定凸轮形线的形状误差。测量时,理想凸轮的位置应按"最小条件"原则确定,即两同心理想凸轮包容实际凸轮,且两同心理想凸轮间的距离为最小。

Abstract:
The measurement of cam profile of motorcycle engine belongs to the measurement for shape and location tolerance. The choice of its measuring standard should meet the requirements of shape and location measurement. In accordance with the stipulations in GB/T 1182--1996, the tolerance of cam profile is subject to the ideal geometrical shape of cam and its design requirements. During the measurement, the distance between the two concentric cams should be minimum.
