电机组振动故障实时监视技术研究

摘    要:电机组振动故障实时监视的系统,可用于发动机等船舶上大型电机设备的故障预测。利用高灵敏度的MEMS加速度传感器对振动信号实时采集,并配置专用的电机组振动监测设备进行实时的特性分析,判断电机的工作状态。文中设计的监测系统具有结构简单,灵敏度高等优点,可很好的应用于电机故障的监测中。

Abstract:A real-time monitoring system of vibration fault diagnosis can be used to predict diagnose faults of large engine equipment installed on ship. A MEMS accelerometer sensor is constructed to offer high sensitivity of vibration detection, and special monitoring device is prepared to analyze real-time features of the engine vibration in fault diagnosis and estimates the engine's working situation. The monitoring system has simple structure, and the sensor can provide high sensitivity. It has very high practical value in ship engine maintenance.
