摘    要:分析了牵引动力的交流传动新技术对牵引供电系统的影响。指出牵引动力采用交流传动后,由于它有功率因数高,谐波电流小,再生制动功率大的特点,可增加供电网的供电能力,在同样牵引负荷条件下,可以增加供电臂的长度,减少变电所设置的数量。同时牵引变电所内的功率因数补偿装置和滤波器的容量可大大降低,甚至可以考虑不设置功率因数补偿装置和滤波器。再生制动的应用则可进一步减少牵引变电所的安装容量和供电网的能耗。因此采用交流传动后可以减少电力牵引供电系统的投资并大大降低线路的运行费用。提出了在新型牵引动力条件下,对原有的牵引供电系统设计规范进行修订的必要性。

Abstract:Effects of adoption of AC drive technology for traction power of rolling stocks on the traction power supply system is analyzed.It is indicated that due to its excellent features of high power factor,low current harmonics and high regenerative braking capacity,the supply capacity of power supply system is increased,the number of substations can be reduced after adopting AC drive system for rolling stocks.Meanwhile the capacity of the PFC and filter at the substation can be greatly reduced,or even there is no need to install such equipment at the substation.The installed capacity of the substation and power consumption will be further reduced as applying regenerative braking.So the investment and running costs of the traction power supply system will be reduced sharply after employing AC drive system for rolling stocks.It is pointed out that it is necessary to update the current design norms of the railway traction power supply system for the new conditions using AC drive rolling stocks.
