光电编码器原理结构与检修技改

摘    要:为解决起重机上编码器在短期使用后的故障频发,对其进行技改。以宁波北仑国际集装箱有限公司的10台龙门吊所应用的HUBNER德国POG 10DN 1024I增量式光电旋转编码器为例,对其内部电子电路原理,结合机械工况进行分析,在技术上攻关,最终取得成功。提高了工作效率,并为公司节约了大量成本开支。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of photoelectric coder on the crane that troubles appears frequently after usage of short period. Taking POG 10 DN 1204 I quantity-adding photoelectric spin coder used on RTGs of Ningbo Port Beilun International Container Terminal as example, electronic circuit principle are analyzed in the light of machine’s working condition. Then technical reform are carried out, which is successful. After reform, working effect is raised, and cost is saved of the corporation.
