| 摘 要： | 分析集装箱桥式起重机小车轮啃轨的原因和表现形式。指出车轮与轨道的安装误差、传动系统的不同步以及金属结构变形等因素是引起啃轨现象的主要原因。并根据实践制定了处理车轮啃轨问题的维修原则,从几方面提出相应的修理意见和预防措施。

| Abstract: | The reasons and form of expression of gnawing-rail of bridge crane trolley are analyzed. It is pointed out that main reasons are installing error of wheel and rail, non-synchronism of driving system and deform of metal structure. The maintenance principle for treating gnawing-rail are made up on the basis of practice and repairing method and precautions are put forward. |
