发展中城市人行横道行人延误的测量

摘    要:在西安市选取了数十条人行横道进行实地观测。然后考虑实地观测到的交通现象,在现有人行横道行人延误测量方法的基础上,提出了一种新的测量方法,其基本思想是根据行人的具体情况来决定如何测量其延误。实际使用的情况表明,与现有测量方法相比,新方法更准确,可操作性更好,并且工作量没有显著增加。

Abstract:Field observations were carried out at dozens of crosswalks in Xi'an.Considering the traffic phenomena noted in the field observations,a new method for measuring pedestrian delays at crosswalks is proposed on the basis of the existing methods,and its basic idea is to decide how to measure delay according to the characteristics of each pedestrian.The real uses indicate that the new method is more accurate,easier to use,and does not take significantly more efforts compared with the exiting methods.
